Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I have contacted customer service about 10 times to cancel an order and have two tickets raised. Every time the executive says that the they will cancel the order and refunds will be processed in 2 days.

When I go to the store they tell me that the order is cancelled but when i call the customer service they say the order is not yet cancelled.

I am tired and pissed off with this poor customer service and would not buy from walmart again. They do not have a proper escallation procedure too.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $100. The author is overall dissatisfied with Walmart. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
