We ordered a study desk this month which was supposed to arrive by 19th August. It did it not arrive on time for which they offered us 20% off which was annoying at first place but was still anticipated because we had experienced delay earlier as well.
And now to top that off we have two desks arrived on same day, so we thought to return it back like any normal person would do and so called walmart. Now this lady who called herself "liz" receives the phone and says that we need to take this "big parcel" that doesn't even fit in our car and return it to the nearest store OR ELSE WE WILL BE BILLED FOR TWO DESKS, now " are we supposed to rent a truck for the mistake they make?
However after big war she agreed to send someone to pick it up and said that the man would come anytime between 8 am to 8 pm next day so now we have to cancel all our weekend program to wait for this freaking man to arrive. Please DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM WALMART" PLEASE
