This is the ONLY Walmart I have visited that has the baby formula on lockdown behind a glass case. I understand the purpose is to deter theft, however; there is NO employee working in this area which results in extended waits just to get formula.

Other Walmart locations have placed motion activated surveillance cameras where the formula is located to one, deter theft, and two, not inconvenience the CUSTOMER!!!

In our case it took nearly twenty minutes before someone with a key showed up to unlock the case. If this is your method of theft deterrence, put the formula in a location where an employee is stationed to minimize unnecessary wait!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Walmart Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Be mad at thieving customers, not Walmart.

The thieving customers don't have a key to the formula case to allow access to the product, only Walmart employees do, so yes, WALMART controls this issue with regards to access! You want to lock it up, Fine, but at least have an employee readily available to allow access!!

We lock the formula up at our store too.

Do you have an employee readily available to allow access or is it also a twenty plus minute hunt for a key master?

when is there ever an employee who is readily available for anything? Try getting someone in the computer section, basically an barren wasteland.

It is a shame stuff has to be under lock and key, but such is society anymore. Save your sanity and shop at Target or somewhere else that does not require hunting down the keymaster
