Walmart - Policy
I got a schumaker battery charger car starter for xmas and the outlet on it doesn't work now I'm told theres only a 90 day warranty on it? All I wanted was an exchange for one that works.
The starter should have lasted longer than 3 months. This is bad business Ive been a loyal customer for years and this is how you treat me!
If I would have known this I wouldn't have got it would have went somewhere else. Considering it was just a few days past 3 months I would've thought customer service would show more leniency They asked for a receipt but I didn't have it anymore I didn't think I needed it anymore so she said theres nothing she could do about it.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Walmart Cons: Not enough handicap scooters to shop.

I want to open my walmart account by synch bank
They will let you return it within 90 days if you have a receipt. After that, the manufacturers warranty applies and you need to call them. They will probably want a receipt too. This is how almost all stores work.
my point is it never worked in the first place the only time I went to use this feature it didn't work. When you buy something and it doesn't work tells me it wasn't made right in the first place.
Then you contact the manufacturer! Not Walmart.
Walmart is not good no to do any exchange or refund without a receipt. At what point are you going to be responsible? All products normally have a 1 yr manufacturer warranty against defects in the build. Contact the manufacturer.
I fail to see how Walmart did anything wrong other then not giving you your way. Why is it everyone always demands special treatment? Then bashes them when they a clearly in the wrong? Itโs like you people have forgotten how to be a functioning adult.
So to add to your basket, you could look up a website to whine about not being given your own way, yet canโt look up the manufacturers contact info. SMH!!!!
First of all, without a receipt you have no way of proving how old it was. They owe you nothing.
Even with a receipt a 90 day warranty is a 90 day warranty, not 91 days or whatever you feel is "reasonable". If the manufacturer only puts a 90 day warranty on a product that should tell you a little bit about their thoughts on the quality of the product they are manufacturing.
