There were only 2 cashiers and the store was full of people and the line at those 2 had a least 6 people with full baskets. I tried the new way not knowing what to do and asked for help.

One employee showed me very quickly and then disappeared . I went thru the procedure which cashiers usually do and bagged my stuff with the help of the person in line behind me and look for someone to take my check no one was there and then the customer service rep. said i would have to go thru again as the computer had zeroed out in the mean time. I'm 75 and liked the store having been a customer since it opened but I gave the cart to the rep and left the store.

Then I went to Ingles and got the same things using the services of a cashier & bagger.

I will now be their customer but I don't think it matters to you. Oh yes I figured out I spent at least $125000 dollars over the years.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I liked: Product and price, Quality of merchdise.

I didn't like: Customer service solutions, New way of cashing out.
