Notified Walmart on 12 4 Fed Ex misdelivered package to someone else,not even near my home, only got initials, not signature. Customer svc rep told us would not reship PS4, because of Black Fri pricing., would be reimbursed, this was on "chat". Recontacted Walmart and was told the same thing.
No resolution by Fed Ex, no effort to retrieve and fix their mistake.
Walmart billing me for item, told me to 1, I should track package and notify police. Fed Ex tells me, shipper, Walmart has to initiate investigation because of shipper auth numbers needed and serial numbers needed.
Pass the buck back to the consumer who got nothing but a bill, no product and a song and dance from Walmart customer service more than once.
