Im a very upset customer! I have a problem with order #388206****496
I order 2 8 packs of cat soups and only received 2 single cups.
I then call the store and they said they couldn't help and gave me a 800 number. I asked if they were still open and i was told yes. I waited over 3 hours in which i have proof to find out they were closed.
This is very poor customer service and a big waist of time and nothing has been fixed! The email above is the preferred email to be contacted at but my email for my walmart account is kerstiep@***.com just incase you needed to know.
User's recommendation: Customer service sucks.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
