I purchased an ipod touch in 2011 with the $20 care plan,it was used everyday no problems , then just after a year it stoped charging I thought it was the synch port.I filed a claim and sent it in ,they sent it back and said it was water damage.This cannot be correct becouse I payed a repair shop $52.25 to replace the battery they say there was no sign of water, thats fraude to me.For my loss of value I say $62.25 I dont concider the ipod a loss becouse it is now fixed.I wont use wallmart care plans again.
