i was in the store on 156 st in edmonton on fri bought 5 things one was incorrectly placed in larger size they would not exchange or give money back i thought that sales associates where to keep things in proper place when will you realise that customer service is the most important thin when it comes to retail yours is the worst and you wonder why you are losing customers all of your customer service reps need to be retrained I work in the retail industry and your reps are giving us all a bad name do something about this or you will continue to lose customers
