Last week I received an email from walmart, saying that there is a price drop (new price is 20 dollars) for an item that i saved in my online cart. It was 40 dollars previously.
But when i checked online it was still 40 dollars. So I called the customer care, and he told that he will issue a gift card for $20, if I order that for 40 (price matching). I ordered the item and i didn't receive the gift card yet. I called the customer care again when i received the item.
Then they said they cannot send the gift card.
They said they do not have any recording of the previous call.
Product or Service Mentioned: Walmart Gift Card.
