I purchased a tv july 12, accidentally dropped it. call protection plan people, got the run around, kept me on the phone for 30 minutes waiting to talk to a live person they took the info asked me to fill out claim again finally they told me that they did not cover the problem That company sucks

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $118.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

These protection plans cover product failure, not damage. It isn't their fault YOU dropped your TV. If they covered damage people would be dropping their TV's just before the coverage ended to get a new TV every few years.
