Purchased non functional ecig. Discovered it was broken in the parking lot.

Store refused to refund or exchange it. Five minutes after purchase, with receipt. Contacted corporate. Was told that was entirely up to the store manager.

Selling broken products, outright theft. Walmart deserves every shoplifter they get. Only hope what they steal isn't broken. Evidently Walmart feels they don't have to stand behind what they sell.

How is this even legal? Certainly not good business practices. Evidently Walmart feels they're so big that they don't have to treat customers decently.

That's fine, I've already told twenty or so people. My goal is to warn five people every day.

Product or Service Mentioned: Vaporizer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $8.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Broken products.

Probably because it was a product that they don't or won't accept a return on, like an opened DVD box. It's that store's policy to not take back tobacco or tobacco-related products.

However, you can buy e-cigarettes at many locations of many local companies.

Do a search for "electronic cigarettes" or the like for your area and shop there. And, of course ignore the foolish and child-like comment from "William."
