Received wrong order. Told to call the supplier they deal with.
I asked them to just refund my money and have Walmart pick up this wrong item. I was given a tirade through a script about my responsibility in making this order right. What? No resolution.
No help. Rude script readers who are no help at all.
It is impossible to contact any live person who can take care of this situation. I don't need 100 words to describe this fiasco and irritation felt with trying to deal with Walmart's customer service located in a country were the people don't even know what is going on or speak proper English.
