After speaking to a rep I requested to speak to customer service supervisor. After being placed on hold for 23 minutes I was told that a supervisor was not available to speak to me.
It was not clear that I needed to make an online purchase the same day I opened the account. I opened the account about 10:00 pm and therfore pretty hard for me to get to the store at that time. I am therefore asking for my $25 refund.
I think the time I was placed on hold was u nreasonable and not very respectful.I think it represented very poor customer service.
I am once again requesting a refund of my $25 as the requirement was not clear to me at the time.
