I purchased a 24 queen air mattress for my camper
When we got it home we open ended the box and aired up the mattress we realized its too large for the spot we were going to use it in . I returned it to the store with receipt as refused a cash refund or gift card refund .
But I wanted a smaller size without paying more the only smaller size without paying more was too small and closed to half price what I paid for mine . I was told I could exchange for that one and get the rest of my money back. But that was not a satisfactorysubstitue for me.it makes no since you would ask me to take another item I did not like and not comparison to the one I returned and give half my money back . Instead of just giving me my money back on a Walmart card to use at a later time when I might could find something more like what I wanted , remember I have my receipt and well within return time allowed.
. I am a customer who does all my grocery shopping and other ness its shopping there before I check Amazon and i am an Amazon prime customer and had been considering changing to your membership offer. But with this customer service you can forget that. I spoke with your assessment manager and he quite proudly told me he could over ride the policy but he wasnt going to.!,, he wanted me to know he had all the power.
And dont bother going to a different store.!
Let me just say that if I cannot get this issue resolved satisfactory I will be rethinking all my buying options for food, prescriptions, clothing,home goods and lawn and garden,. Which I feel at this point with the way this situation was handle Walmart does not care about my business anyway.
User's recommendation: Please make sure of your purchase because Walmart is implementing changes to policies.
Preferred solution: I prefer a full refund but a Walmart card would be satisfactory.
