Walmart - Returning of online purchase
Went to Walmart store twice to return an online purchase. First time I was told their printer is not working.
Did the return online and printed label and went back again. This time I was told their device is not working. Called and talked to an online representative. She said she will email the seller and I will get the label in the email.
Got a message from the seller saying they will return the money when they receive the item, still no labels or how to return the item.
Went to another Walmart and the Customer service rep printed the tracking number and asked me to take it to the FEDEX, This could have been done by the first time I went to the store and it would have saved me a lot of time and money.
I do not wish to use Walmart for any purchases. Their customer service sucks!!
User's recommendation: Worst place to shop.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Walmart Pros: Closer to home.
Walmart Cons: Poor customer service.
