Complaint

I originally tried to contact Walmart because their Walmart Plus membership wasnt what I expected. The fact that they make it nearly impossible to find a way to speak to a human being about general complaints thats annoying AF but its the same with all companies today. Weve allowed this to happen. After much difficulty, I was able to call their customer service number and get in touch with the right department and they gave me a FULL refund for the annual fee of $100 even though its November and I bought it in May. I politely asked for an adjustment or if possible a full refund and the woman did it without any resistance. Im very happy so theres no complaints regarding their handling of this.

User's recommendation: Keep trying to get a human and be nice… kindness got me the best results I could want.

Product not received

Even though I got a message saying my purchase had been delivered, it never showed up. Walmart refunded my money fairly quickly, once they contacted the vendor.

Lack of substitution

I ordered tomatoes and did not check do not substitute, yet they were not substituted. There are many tomatoes, and they should have been substituted!

Most people ordering tomatoes are ordering a certain kind. Someone ordering Roma tomatoes won't want big boy tomatoes.

If they ordered whole canned tomatoes the probably wouldn't want fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic. They didn't have the kind you ordered so the didn't send something you would complain about getting.

NO response or website support job application

I would LOVE to work for Walmart, I would LOVE to apply for ANY of the jobs currently listed as available at the store I am trying to apply to. But I can't even get from page one to page two of their "getting to know you section" without getting a page error and being sent back to choose whether I am applying to a location in the United States, every time The Error I keep getting is Bad Request: Invalid Inputs to API I NEED A JOB I just want to apply for a job. Why does it have to be this hard!! I have contacted support on Facebook and Twitter, as the Walmart website doesn't offer any.

CHECK OUT FEES

WHAT IS THIS WEIGHT DEBIT YOU HAVE STARTED ADDING AT THE END OF THE BILL ? IT WAS $102.41 WHEREAS MY ORDER WAS $70.00 AND WHEN I ASKED FOR PICK UP SAME THING IF I PICK UP WHAT ARE YOU WEIGHING ? YOU WILL LOOSE ALOT OF GOOD CUSTOMERS WITH THIS MOVE YOU ARE MAKING AND STILL CHARGING FOR WALMART PLUS AS WELL, TO MUCH FOR ME NICE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU

Double charge on groceries

As mentioned above , however Walmart Hernando does NOT answer their phone. I started at 7:15am all the way until 11:50am no operator answered. Once I got there to get help with my problem, the customer line was long! While we were waiting, another associate talked to the customer service rep., she in turn walked away, no who, what, when or why! This story goes on, but not doing so! In general all over, customer service is not what it used to be!!

Refund on items not delivered but paid for. Also was charged 20.00 for delivery fee

Was charged 20.00 for delivery fee. I only authorized 10.00 for the drivers tip.I did not receive some of my items but was still charged for it.

Consistently late grocery orders

2nd time my delivery grocery order has been late or not arrived, Impossible to talk with someone about it. Awful customer service

Lack of service at checkout

You installed new self service with no cash back. You only have 3-4 person cashiers open. Lines are soooooo long more so at holidays. This new service does not accommodate the customer. Only your company. The mountain home store is clean ,employees are fantastic and other service is good. Since you are the only big company in our area we have no choice and have to use your limited cashiers. It is bad enough to use the self check out because of long lines at person cashier and now your company takes away the cash back feature.
