Failure customer service

I ordered 2 exact same frying pans from Walmart's website. They shipped the wrong pans to me.

I asked them to ship me the correct pans. They asked what was wrong with the pans they shipped. In a long response, I showed them exactly my original order and showed them exactly the incorrect pans they shipped to me. Even an idiot employee could see the obvious difference.

Ten days later, they sent me the wrong replacement pan. I say 'pan' in the singular because not only did they ship the wrong pan again, but they only shipped one pan.

My original order was two pans. Where are they hiring these retards?

I have heard nothing and it is such a small amount. I will just alter my shopping habits.

This is not the complete crux of the review. I ordered a few items; most importantly, a voice recorder.

They indicated 'in stock' and sent an email confirming this. I asked for it to be grouped with other items, so it was a two-day delivery. The next day, I got an email saying 'Out of Stock' and no idea when for the recorder. This was for a specific meeting, so I canceled, as their email said I could.

I purchased one elsewhere. I got an email that a cancellation was issued, but they were putting a hold on my credit card for ten days. I called customer support and was told, 'It is our policy, and it is only for ten days.' I said to myself, if they need the $14 (delivery charge and drive tip), it is not worth my time to fight for it. This card has a very high limit, and my credit score is over 825.

If my bank puts anything on my credit history, Walmart will be hearing from my legal advisor. I got a request for a review. I went through this issue and gave them a negative review. I never heard from them.

Today, I got a request for a review of one of the small items in the purchase. I gave it five stars. The review said, 'We want to hear what you have to say.' There was a yellow box, and I thought that was where I could tell them what I think. I got a message: 'Thank you for your review.' I tried various ways to actually review the item - no luck.

They obviously knew who they were sending their review to.

The sad thing is, the company of the small item was CHEATED out of my positive comments. It tells you who you are doing business with, or was in my case.

Don't order anything online from Walmart.

I ordered a cordless drill. I was told it shipped and would arrive on 9/27 it did not, I was told it would arrive on 9/28 it did not.

Now the tracking says delayed. When I check the tracking number it's telling me they have not received the package. I reach out to Walmart on 10/1 and all I'm told is keep check tracking. All tracking says delayed so I reached out to the seller on 10/2 and I've heard nothing.

I needed the drill for a project I'm doing this weekend so I've decided when and if it arrives I'm returning it and will purchase it at a reputable business unlike Walmart. The minute a customer tells Walmart they have not received a product that Walmart told the customer was going to be received on a specific day or days they should immediately reach out to the seller and give the customer the information.

Such a bad company and it's getting worse by the minute. Well lesson learned don't order online from Walmart once they get the customers money your out of luck to get any help.

Walmart sucks

They suck I was on the *** phone one and a half hours and he never could get my dog on OTC card added to the Walmart's app all I got to say is they need to train somebody and have them at the God damn store where you can go in and they will add and get your OTC card added their app until then I will no longer shop at any ***

The hand mixers that arrived has a European wall attachment Not a Canadian round walk attachment. I have spoken with Walmart at least 3 times and have sent several emails to them I recently received an email from the company that manufactured the mixers

They are not willing to replace the mixer or refund my money

Horrible delivery service

For the 5th time in ordering from Walmart, package delivery instructions were not followed and package was not found. Every time I call to complain, they have excuses and more excuses.

I have had deliveries from them and when delivery directions are followed, items are received like they should be.

Every time they assure me it wont happen again and then it does. Ordered 3 items and 1 was delivered today and just laid on cement outside of apartment building in the rain.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY!

Great customer service

My account was not allowing me to purchase items. So the customer service Hazem told me that it will take 24 to 48 hours to fix.

It is something that he could not fix. So I should see something in my email within two days.

So far its been 24 hours and I still dont see anything in my e-mail. But I am very happy with the customer service that I got.

I am a paid Walmart+ member. After much debating, I decided to try the so-called benefit Paramount+.

On walmart.com, the description that is posted for the "benefit" is clear enough: "The Paramount+ Essential plan subscription is now included with Walmart+ monthly and annual memberships at no additional cost to you. (No credit card required to create a Paramount+ account through your Walmart+ benefit)"
With the understanding that I would pay nothing extra for this "benefit," I then began to sign up for it. However, I was not really surprised to learn that there is a monthly charge for it in addition to the monthly payment for Walmart+ membership. I chose the lower-priced monthly prescription.

A large number of television series and movies appeared from which I was urged to choose at least three, which I did. However, after that, I clicked to go further. What I saw after that is worth reporting and displaying, the attachment that I am including with this complaint is exactly what the "benefit" offers me, even though I pay an additional amount!
A scam? Unquestionably so.

Sorry, but I'm not going to continue with something that is a lie in reality. Not that I'm totally surprised.

As I say all too often, placing online orders for home delivery is like throwing a penny in a wishing well, except that the cost for throwing the penny is just a penny and no more. That is hardly the case with the online order for delivery!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They refunded all the money apologized for the misleading ads and that they would fix it and the cushions were already sent and I could keep them

I was looking for a rocking chair came across one that said solid wood rocking chair with cushions. My friend told me it was too good of a deal.

So I took a screenshot and asked them if it was chair and cushions they replied no just cushions. They told me thank you for bringing it to their attention and it was going to be fixed.

They supposedly said the order of cushions had already been sent but I was reimbursed and I could keep cushions. Well now I ask if I will really receive them and if course now they don't recognize me etc.i

Called to see what the cost of the prescription that I have ready. They put me on hold for over 10 minutes.

I hung up. They never came back to the phone. They should know better. If it wasn't that two of my prescriptions are free through my Medicare, I would go somewhere else.

This is the South Lakeland store on South Florida Avenue. Yes, I am pissed. It wouldn't have taken them 2 minutes to give me that information.

And yes, when I go to the store, I will complain. I am a senior and have to be careful of costs.

Telling customer products are in stock that are not

I tried to be a first-time Walmart customer, but was lied to twice in 1 week! The first time I purchased a skirt, they took money off my card, and it was not in stock, after having me wait 2 days, staying up until 10 pm just to be disappointed!

I don't understand why the site can't tell if a product is not in stock before you buy it! All the other online stores tell you up front if they have it or not! So, a couple of days later, I see the same skirt in stock, so I get on the phone with customer service to make sure it was in stock! I'm talking to them while I'm on the site, so the same thing wouldn't happen again!

She told me it was in stock, so I bought it a second time! Guess what? It was not in stock! 3 days later, I get a second email saying it was not in stock!

The site needs to be updated so this will not happen!

I will never do business with online Walmart again! I will take my money where I know I will get my items I purchased not lies and games!

Little kid, while this is wrong, there is a difference between lying and being mistaken. When you lie, you deliberately give false information.

IN this case, I am sure that the item in question showed up as being in stock on their system, so they went by what the system said. This is not lying. If the system needs to be updated(which I agree with) she is only going by what the system says is in stock. This is not exactly lying.

If she knew the skirt you wanted was not in stock and said it was, then that would be lying. Besides, a child like you should be in bed by 10,

Taking money from my bank account

Walmart took money from my bank account earlier this month and when I called to find out why they said it was my subscription. Ok, cool!

Yesterday they tried to debit my account again. I received an email stating my subscription had been canceled. I called again and they say it was for my subscription.

They said they didn't take any money earlier this month. My bank activity shows otherwise.

I'm getting tired of constantly apologizing for being in the way when there's employees pushing carts around. When i go in the morning before work there are like 50 workers, most aisles I won't even walk through.

They never say "oh pardon me let me move this aside" instead Im apologizing and they even ignore my apologies. I dread having to get something out of lock up because of the *** poor attitudes.

Saying a product is in stock and it's not

I'm very disappointed in Walmart online! I tried to be a first customer but that's never going to happen!

Most online stores will tell you up front if the item you want is in stock! Not Walmart they take your money first and have you wait for delivery! Then the next day that your order is coming from another store, then cancel your saying it's not in stock! That happened to me twice in 1 week!

This is so frustrating, I will never buy from their online store again! I'd rather take my money elsewhere! Where I know the item I purchased is actually on the way to me! They need to fix the site making sure customers are not purchasing items that are not in stock!

I have to wait 10 business days to get my money back TWICE! If Walmart wants to talk to me email anitawillis571@***.com

User's recommendation: Make sure you know for a fact the item is in stock before you pay for it! I try to do that even on the phone with customer service as I was purchasing the item to make sure it would not happen again! BUT GUESS, IT HAPPENED AGAIN WITH THEM TELLING ME IT WAS IN STOCK! SO THAT"S KNOW QUARANTEE EITHER!

The products were in stock when you ordered them. The went out of stock right before you ordered them.

They can now adjust for inventory in peoples physical cart. At the store level.

Delivery service is incompetent

3 orders in 1 month delivered to the wrong address! My pin on Google is correct.

Where the problem lies is that the delivery person is not reading the specific directions for the delivery to that address.

I live in a 4 plex. Reading that is a must!

I cancelled my subscription with a refund and will shop elsewhere.
