I received a delivery yesterday supposed to be Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (2 Count),, but all I got delivered was a 4x5 inch flat envelope package that had a note in it that said "thank you for your purchase" (see attachments). I did a Google search of the address on the envelope and found it was out in the middle of nowhere in Virginia and a Asian restaurant.

I believe it was a scam committed on me by Walmart vendor/merchant. I am requesting a refund of the full purchase price since i have not received the merchandise I ordered. I spoke with someone at Walmart yesterday supposedly who work in the "missing or not received items" department.

They said I would get a refund back to the payment source "And" I would receive a confirmation email, but as of today's date "December 16, 2023", I have not received a refund or an email confirmation of the refund.

I am requesting a refund for the total price of $30.69. I will be submitting bad reviews along with the attachments on different venues about my experience with doing business with Walmart, disgraceful that Walmart would do business with a Chinese company that scams its customers.

Issues to withdraw money from Walmart account to trust wallet

I ordered the EVERCROSS electric scooter. My ordered number is 200011*-***53509.

It stated delivered to my front. But I didnt see my package. I checked FedEx tracking number and see my package delivered to someones address with the picture of my package. I filed the case to FedEx and the case is closed now.

They want Walmart shipper contact FedEx. So FedEx will reinsburse Walmart. I tried to call the Walmart customer service to address my situation for 5 hours. They kept transfer me to departments to department, person to person.

But never solve my problems. I think I cant my package and cant get my money back.

I used Walmarts gift card to buy EVERCROSS electric scooter. I just want to get my money back to Walmart gift card.

I bought a 14 karat gold necklace from Walmart online and the cost was $53.49. After one week of me wearing it, my neck was itching because I'm allergic to fake jewelry so I took it off and began to look over it and low and behold it was completely changicolors from gold to brass!!!

Lol! I called cooperate because nowhere did it say it was plated or any if the sort. It just said 14 karat gold BONDED cross necklace!!! I was nauseous to sat the very least.

So with that being said I want a solution to this. To make matters worse when I returned it they told me it would be 2 weeks because the THE THIRD PARTY, HAS TO RECEIVE THE ITEM, AND THEN REFUND THE MONEY!

THEY WERE RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL..so now I'm without my necklace, my neck is all broken out, and I'm Still without my money and will be for up to a month. Walmart being Walmart should have not only replaced it but given me what I was told I would have received!

You should have researched the product better. Especially since the price is a dead giveaway. Gold plated and gold bonded are advertised as two different things because they each use a different process to adhere gold over a much cheaper base metal.

After calling the customer service, they assured me it was a defect in the player and took return it to the store I bought it from. Shortly after that I had a bad fall and was in rehab until a day ago. Walmart refused absolutely to help me. The front end manager was rude and refused to even consider helping me.

As I was checking out, an elderly man needing help approached two girls who were standing and playing on their phones. He informed them that he needed help because he couldn't take his eyes off his wife who had dementia and might walk off.

He asked them if they could assist him, but both replied that it wasn't their job. He pleaded again, stating, 'Please, my wife is sick and I need help.' One of them laughed and responded, 'We said no, it's not our job.' He then retorted, 'Then what are you getting paid for? To play on your phone?' At this moment, I interjected and posed the same question, only to have them smirk and walk off, claiming they were taking a break. I had never been so angry as I was that day, and the incident has been bothering me ever since.

If employees can stand and play on their phones, but they can't help an elderly man in need, what are they there for?

This isn't an isolated situation. I've needed help before and was told they were going on break, plus their supervisor said they didn't have to help if they were about to break. I'm not sure who's running the Walmart brand nowadays, but I know things weren't like this before, and the customer was a priority.

I suppose my question now is: is it store policy not to assist customers, especially the elderly who really need help? And why are the employees allowed to play on their phones while being paid for it? It seems to me that a phone shouldn't be used on company time. At least, I've never had a job where I could play on my phone.

That's meant for personal time, not work hours. This incident took place at a store in Oneonta, Alabama 35121.

If they are on break, why should they help? Would you want to help someone when you are not being paid? That is if you are even old enough to work.

They have ZERO experience dealing with dementia patients and her loud-mouthed husband who must think this is still 1970 and he can talk any way he wants. Listen, if he needs to get out, he should look for respite care provided by people who ACTUALLY KNOW what they're doing. Were these "girls" (please tell me you're not old calling grown women girls) supposed to keep track of her? What were they to do if she began to move?

They're right, this is NOT their job. The little change spent in that place does not come with a medical concierge service.

Next time you see this, YOU can help the guy and not expect a cashier, stocker, or whatever to do CNA work. Your complaint is NOT helpful.

While you are replying to yourself by the name Merilla. I agree with one thing.

The cashier's or other employee's job is not to help people with dementia. Usually, they have a nurse assigned to them to take care of them. If they did help, and the wife got hurt, they would probably sue. That is probably why they did not want to help or are not allowed to.

Also it depends on what he wants help with.

IF it is a simple just keep an eye on my wife, it would be acceptable. Either way, laughing at the couple is wrong.

It is a slang, idiom for just watch my wife, make sure she does not wonder off, or do something to harm herself. I guess they can inform the husband if she is leaving or just have a friendly conversation with her to keep her occupied. But if he is really that concerned he should get a nurse.

I have never had such a problem before as with Walmart delivery services. I was visiting my son in North Carolina and had 2 cancellations for my delivery orders without any refund.

The 3rd order I received, lacked most of the order itself, and the items I did receive were either wrong, damaged or of poor quality. . I still had to pay for this service including a tip to the driver whom unfortunately was unable to speak English, and did not understand anything I was trying to convey.to him. So after many complaints and conversations I received a partial refund to my bank account.

I still haven't received the rest, including Walmart gift receipts and Walmart cash that was used in the order. Customer service insisted that the monies were refunded, and it's my bank institution's problem. I spent hours on the phone with them, taking time away from my visit with my son. And unable to do much, since my monies were tied up pending status in my bank, leaving me high and dry.

I tried again to contact them, to no avail with nonstop wait times on the phone and after asking for a supervisor or superior it was made out to seem as if I was just a problem customer and to either continue waiting, call the bank I use or the wait and see approach for the money owed to appear on my account.

As of this writing, I AM STILL WAITING, AND NO REFUND!!! I'm at a loss and I suppose I need to contact the better business bureau, for this is obviously theft on their part!

Oh ya, huge problem. It's only getting worse too because I call to Put in a complaint about the store manager of a Walmart store, and I was told that they were sending the issue back to THAT STORE to be handled in house.

Well they sent the complaint about the store manager to THAT SAME STORE MANAGER and he then wrote some stupid thing about closing out the complaint with no action being needed, and no call to the person (ME) being needed, and proceeded to write some lies about me being rude and threatening towards them. I was there laughing and joking with the staff while I waited for the supervisor, and then the manager!!! I was there almost an hour while they were doing whatever they were doing. When I was told to "Take my fan and get out of the store, before they call the police" I still remained friendly and told them to go ahead and call the police because I hadn't done anything wrong, and if they did then maybe someone will do the right thing and handle the situation the way it SHOULD BE HANDLED.

When I was being talked DOWN TO AND when the man I believe is the manager started disrespecting me, I told him very nicely not to talk to me that way. When he did it again with the threat of Police again. I told him simply "Hey, I'm really NOT THAT GUY you want to talk to that way! If you want to talk to me like I'm some piece of *** and disrespect me, don't do it in front of all these people (turning and pointing to all the people in and around Customer Service while saying it) why not come outside with me and try disrespecting me outside".

That's what I said and did.

But he wrote some lies and "Closed" the ticket complaint. I've been trying to talk to a Corporate Manager for 5 Days now and can't seem to get any contact name or number to call when things like that happen.

I'm not an idiot. I know that people aren't going to stop shopping at Walmart just because I suggest it.

However if enough people see the complaints and oddly enough have THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM one person can start an avalanche of complaints, and if they people not to shop there and their friends and family do that same thing. Sooner or later someone AT THE TOP of Walmart is going to notice, and that's when *** starts happening!!! If NOBODY says or suggests anything then what do you think will happen?

Yup, you probably guessed "NOTHING"!!! So please, people, talk to people about these *** and Maybe they'll start doing things the right way!!!

No one will read your complaint and ever use it as a basis to not to business there. You never explained the issue.

Return without receipt? Refusal to provide ID? Past the return period ? You needed to utilize the manufacturer warranty?

You never say. Instead you flew off the handle and appeared threatening.

They asked you to leave. So now you make the complaint about that and not the policy you didn’t follow.

I am a Walmart plus member and was offered a half price plan because I am disabled and I received state aid I'm physically handicapped when they offered the half price plan they charged me monthly and I'd already paid for a yearly plan and they would not give me my money back speaking I spent 4 hours on the phone and was advised that I had taken a downgrade from the regular plus plan to the low income plus plan not true I was treated differently because I am low income he said it right on the phone that I was at downgrade and I'm supposed to receive the same benefits as the other Walmart Plus members they've had my money tied up for 40 days and they're still charging me every month for a plan that I've already paid for it's been a nightmare terrible customer service I was treated terribly and I was treated as a lower class citizen it's not fair so those of you who are getting the half price plan because we are low income we have a disability we are whatever we are we are lower class than the regular Walmart Plus members according to Mr Nash that is a manager that I spoke with December 2nd of 2023 I was on the phone for 38 minutes this time beware if you purchase into this program I need it because I'm handicap I'm in a wheelchair so they deliver the groceries but I should be treated equally and I'm not and I have not been

The clerk apparently tagged our transaction as fraudulent with no evidence of any type the sender was making a house payment and she told him that was illegal. She accepted the cash and two days later he was instructed to come back and retrieve the cash. It is an invalid transaction. We resolved the issue and made another attempt but apparently the senders name was flagged and it failed again. He finally went and purchased money orders and mailed them. It was not the clerks place to decide if it was fraudulent based on the info she was told. The store is 2730 N west ave., El Dorado, AR
