- - Shanice Cherry, Walmart Ahoskie front-end lead, was rude while ringing up and rolled her eyes when asked about bottom-cart items.
On May 1st, my mother and another member from our church were at the Ahoskie Walmart 1950. The front-end team lead, Shanice Cherry, was very rude and unprofessional while ringing up their order.
My mother, who is the first lady of a local church here in the community, was taking the bags that had already been filled off the spinning rack.
Shanice, with a nasty tone, said, 'If you would wait, I would turn it around.' Also, while she was ringing up the items, my mother mentioned to her that there were items on the bottom of the cart. Shanice stated with a nasty response, 'I was gonna get it,' and rolled her eyes.

Whenever I walk into Walmart there are WalMartians everywhere! Some are scary, some are ugly, some stink, some are tall, some are short, some are fat, some are skinny and some could really use a kick in the *** Ive never seen such oddly dressed Martians in my life.
I mean Good God its like a freak show in there! Lord have mercy!
I once saw a guy walking his pet platypus in there! These WalMartians belong in the Circus!

They called me and I didn't have time to talk to him, but I gave myself some time, so II called him back to see what was it all about that's why I'm trying to get ahold of the person that called me and what it was all about. I really don't know if it was from Walmart. This is something about a business I do business, I don't, I can't tell you we didn't have we didn't talk about it.

The products here are *** the employees here are *** and the management is *** They are rude and judgemental toward everyone! And I am fed up with their stupidity!!
Recently I went in there to get a dress (for picture day the next day) exchanged for my daughter who is on the chunky side and their response is we don't do exchanges. Why the *** not?? It's not like it affects inventory to exchange for the exact same item just a bigger size. The price is the same the barcode is the same EVERYTHING IS THE SAME EXCEPT THE SIZE!!
Why can't I leave the dress with the front and walk back and get the right size??
It absolutely does not change anything!! Siler City Walmart needs to be shut down and completely redone to get better product and people in this store!!

I bought a Konwin 7-Fin Oil-Filled Heater from Walmart store 03031. Oil spilled on my carpet during the night, and I still couldn't clean it for many days.
I went to customer service and explained the situation.
The customer service manager told me that she cannot do anything. Now I am living with my oily, dirty, impossible-to-clean, and smelly carpet.

I am writing to formally express my deep frustration regarding a recurring pattern of mismanagement I have experienced at the Walmart Auto Care Center located in Commack, NY. The most recent incident occurred today, [03/05/2026].
I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 12:30 PM. While driving to the store, I received a call asking me to cancel my appointment because they lacked the necessary materials. I proceeded to the store to understand the situation, and upon arrival, I was informed that the oil change could not be performed as they did not have the correct oil filter in stock. This lack of preparation and last-minute cancellation was highly inconvenient.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Last year, I faced an even more frustrating situation regarding a tire replacement. I had ordered tires through Walmart and scheduled an appointment for installation. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they could not perform the installation at that time, likely due to service center capacity issues.
The solution offered was for me to keep the tires I had purchased but have them installed elsewhere. This completely defeats the purpose of a combined purchase-and-installation service. Consequently, I had to cancel the entire order.
It is unacceptable that a service center operates without the essential parts for routine maintenance (like an oil filter for a common vehicle, a 2017 Honda CR-V) and fails to honor installation appointments for products purchased in-store. This demonstrates a serious breakdown in both inventory management and service coordination.

- - Repeated missing items on Walmart orders; this time 6 of 12 crackers and 4 freezer bags were not delivered.
My walmart order are always .missing products. Ordered 12 cracker and 4 freezer bags.
6 were missing this is the 5 time from spark. I got my money back. Orders 4 exstention cord. Person bought 3.
Confronted person said that was all she was given. Yes then you state 4 were delivered. Then stated the order that were missing 6 crackers. She never counts the amount in the orders just state all were delivered then leaves.
Well she found the 6 crackers in here trunk that she never delivered. Rather than bringing them to me she returned them to the store. So she lied they were delivered y bringing g them to the store she stole what I paid for and never reported it so I had to call walmart to get a refund. this time I had one product missing.
Mind you this is the 8th time. They were going to refund the whole order 50.00. I said I just want 5.00 that was missing then once off the phone refund was never made.
This company doesnt care about its customers because they never fix the problem and play dumb. Horrible service horrible drivers

I am writing to request assistance with an ongoing issue I have been experiencing for approximately the past six months. Each time I place an order on Walmart, the order appears to go through successfully, but then it is immediately canceled.
About six months ago, I spoke with a live representative and was told the problem may have been related to fraud protection from my company. However, after following up with my corporate credit card department, they confirmed they do not see any attempted charges. I also contacted the credit card company directly, and they do not show any declined transactions. Because of this, I do not believe the issue is coming from my card or my company’s fraud protection.
I attempted to contact Walmart again for help, but I was only able to reach the AI agent, which repeatedly sent me through the same loop, was unable to resolve the issue, and ultimately disconnected the call. I have not been able to get through to a live person for meaningful support. This has become very frustrating, especially since I use Walmart for work-related purchases. My orders can range from about $20 to several thousand dollars, depending on my location and business needs.
At this point, if this issue cannot be resolved, I will continue to take my business to another retailer. I would appreciate it if someone could review my account, determine why my orders are being immediately canceled, and contact me with a resolution. I would also appreciate direct assistance from a live representative rather than automated support.

My name is Alejandro Moreta, and I am filing a formal complaint regarding the ongoing suspension of my Walmart.com account associated with the email suazo19@***.com.
For several weeks, every attempt to log in results in the same message:
This account has been suspended. Please refer to the email we sent for more details.
I have never received any email from Walmart explaining the suspension, not at the beginning and not at any point afterward.
Since this issue began, I have spoken with at least seven customer service representatives and three managers. Every single time, I am told the same thing: that my account will be restored within 24 to 48 hours. This promise has been repeated for weeks, and not once has Walmart followed through.
Today, customer service again failed to provide a solution and instead suggested closing my account, completely ignoring the fact that:
- All my receipts are stored in this account
- My purchase history is stored in this account
- Items I paid insurance/protection plans for are tied to this account
- Closing the account would cause permanent loss of essential records
This is not an acceptable or reasonable solution.
I am a paying Walmart customer, and I rely on your digital platform to store my receipts and protection plans. Walmart's failure to restore my account, provide communication, or offer a real solution has caused significant inconvenience and concern.
I am formally requesting the following:
- Immediate reactivation of my Walmart.com account
- A written explanation of why the account was suspended
- Confirmation that all my receipts, purchase history, and protection plans remain intact
- Compensation or account credit for the extended period during which I have been unable to access a service I rely on

I have been trying to contact Garden and store all day to see if Garden has opened yet! No one answered the phone, only an automated voice. I can never connect to a service person! Not sure if someone can help.
I cannot drive there unless they have the product I need.

No one cared that I spent $49 I left paycheck to paycheck and I get that there's no refunds on gift cards but I never got to get card they sent me numbers that were no good I got screwed
