I have spent HOURS on line and phone with tech support while my kids are home on holiday.
I then realized it wasn't big enough, requested a refund soft store credit to buy a big one which I did buy but needed before Christmas. Anyways the refund said it was done.. screenshot also attached, and I never saw the credit so I looked into it and realized it was the gift card for 100 gifted to me I activated for this purchase then threw away never thinking I would need it again, I requested a credit to Walmart. I spent hours online and calls with support in 3 different departments.
Because this was gifted I don't have a original purchase receipt, no pin because no physical card and the worst part is I didn't ask for a original payment refund and now 76 dollars is on a card I can't use in any way. I'm a single hard working mom with sick parents and I pay alot for in home and extra services that I hope you will consider and do the right thing here and help me The money for the MSI screen that went to a trashed gift card that was my gift, simply can be reversed off the card and credited to my account as Walmart credit. This is the right thing to do since they won't give me a new card since I don't have a receipt or pin. I have proof I used the card to buy this and the refund was put on it.

Candy Freezer what gives you the right to sell 2 bottles of white choc rasp creamer with whatever you stick with it for 30 bucks ? That makes the creamer obsolete for a lot of us that love white choc rasp creamer international delight you are also forcing chobani white choc rasp ewww creamer down our throats it is so not the same thing.I asked the guy putting creamer out to order and i explained 2 bottles for 30 bucks to him, and it was a surprise to him, he laughed and then went to check in the back to see if they had it they did not International delight white chocolate raspberry creamer I also contacted international delight and this flavor is still being made so it Walmart and candy freezer making the flavor obsolete for me the consumer or customer who should be right but never is at Walmart

I ordered a 40 inch Roku TV from them on February 27th; it was supposed to have been delivered in 2 days. When I checked the status, it said it was sitting in a car for delivery.
I called Walmart and explained to them. They kept giving me the run around. Bottom line, the product was never delivered although their records claim it was and I signed for the package. They refuse to refund my money or provide written proof that I signed for the package.
Someone had access to my information because I was receiving texts that my order was canceled.
I made Walmart aware of this. They assured me at the time it was not cancelled.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Walmart had to refund the entire charge because Arianna Henderson never returned my order; she kept all the groceries.
She attempted delivery to the front house and was told by the tenant that I am located in the house behind it. I was on the phone with her, explaining how to get to my house, and after we hung up, she canceled the delivery and drove away. After I called the Walmart corporate office and was given her name and direct phone number, I contacted her directly. She said I was irate, which is completely untrue.
I was explaining that, due to road construction in front of my house, she should drive through the barricades, as everyone else does, to park in front of our homes. I have Walmart deliveries all the time and have never had any issues.
I have also been thanked for the detailed delivery instructions. Little does she know, I always give an additional cash tip besides the $10 tip I gave on the Walmart app.

The Hawaiian pizza has a weird taste to it, and where's the pineapple? There's a very tiny amount on the pizza. And I paid for 2 of them at 4.92 each.

You have the product I needed at the store. I fulfilled the amount for delivery, but the store couldn't add what I wanted. The 800 number people I spoke with couldn't resolve my issue without charging me an additional fee. There was no attempt to waive the fee, but they were willing to give me a free $5.00 credit, which didn't cover the cost of what they were charging me.
At the store or at the automation center, someone should be able to handle this simple solution. As a result, I have to wait another day to get my medication. Due to weather conditions, I needed 500mg, 500 count of acetaminophen. I'll be getting this product at Costco or the drug store around the corner from now on.
If you don't support your local drivers (most of mine have been great) and empower your local store managers and call center staff, you undermine your customer service representatives. These are such bad decisions on your part.
So now you have a poorly designed website and staff members that can't service the customer because they're not allowed to do what is best for your customers. Don't they put the customer first?
I have three grocery stores closer than Wal-Mart. There's a drug store around the corner. If my health and the weather were better, I would quit Wal-Mart. Your drivers are the only thing great.
Hire someone who can make good decisions for the customer! Or fix the website! Right now!

It should NOT matter when you buy an item ( Keurig ) and it doesnt work right out of the box and you can tell it has not been used. Especially when it says Walmart exclusive as noted on the box.
Ridiculous! And the Walmart where it was bought doesnt seem to care.
Most of us do not have $50 to waste and throw in the item in the trash. Debbie

I wrote a letter to the head of Walmart regarding this problem and didnt receive a letter from him. Only a generic from Walmart customer service.
You see I cannot use my Chase debit card at Walmart due to the mistake the customer service rep while I was trying to get my Free Paramount. I still do not have Paramount either. Please take a look at the documents I am sending you. My letter, text messages I received and all the problems that I have had since their mistake.

It has now been a week and they still have not responded to (1) my inquiry or provided proof on their end of returns I supposedly made and (2) have not followed up with me about my reasons for cancelling W+ which referenced the initial incident.I want my order. I want an apology.
The appeal of having Walmart plus was that I wouldn't have to go into the store given that I don't have any transportation. Now it's important to know that not only do I work for Walmart Distribution Center, I know how their returns work. Thankfully I never had to return anything. Nowhere in my account have I ever returned anything.
The only things I can think of are raincoat (from a third party seller) that never showed up, so I was refunded AND a furniture piece from a third party seller that never arrived.
I had asked the customer service representative which transactions triggered the ban. They have refused to provide proof. Instead, they keep telling me I can shop inside the store which I have refused as I do not have transportation. They said someone might have been using my account.
I'm the only one who has access to my account. My sister and I are the only two people that live in our household. My sister has not made any returns from her account. I told her to cancel her account since we're being falsely accused.
Skip purchasing anything this company.
They will not tell you the truth, and they will not investigate further. You are wasting your money paying for Walmart+ if this can just happen on the whim of AI screening.
Edit: I would like to add that purchases of $30-300 is the usual for me.
My purchases aren't sporadic OR unusual. The need for groceries, tools, and animal feed is ever present on a biweekly basis.

I had a flat on the highway, so I removed the tire from my work van and took it to the Walmart on highway 98 in Daphne for repair. They told me they couldnt repair my tire even if I did have roadside and hazardous warranty because the tire was removed from the vehicle.
They told me the vehicle had to be present so they could verify the Vin number and mileage. That sounded very (STUPID) how am I supposed to drive on three tires. So I didnt argue or cause a seen because my van was jacked up on the side of the road, I just wanted my tire fixed or replaced. So I ended up buying a tire which was fine at the time, I just wanted to get my van off the side of the road.
I spent money that I shouldnt have spent, and the tire I bought they wouldnt sell me a road hazard warranty (WHY) because I didnt have the vehicle. That was my first and last time visiting that store, dont get me wrong they were nice and professional about there business but with all the wrong answers. Im not sure about what may have happened with people trying to get over on them,but I am not one of those people. They cant judge everyone that comes into the store because it may look like something but it is not.
But the bottom line is, I want to be reimbursed for the tire that I bought in which I shouldnt have purchased.
Thats the reason I always buy warranties and protection plans on high dollar items.
But after all this is over I will still be a every day shopper at Walmart. Thank you

International delight, you are also forcing Chobani white chocolate raspberry creamer down our throats. It is so not the same thing. I asked an employee why they didn't have International Delight white chocolate raspberry creamer anymore, and he then looked it up, laughed, and went in the back to check.
They did not have any. The consumer is never right at Walmart.

You should have better customer service for something (Keurig) that does NOT work out of the box. It should not matter about time, when you can tell it has never been used because it is NOT working!
Especially when it is a Walmart exclusive Keurig as noted on the box. Thanks

How do you know he is empowered to place orders? Why don't you order this item off Amazon.
It is readily available on there. You can get (2) 32 ounce bottles for $21.88.
