Purchased a gaming headset for my son. Of course being that he is younger I decided to get the protection plan just in case.
Well turns out the protection plan company does not allow any claims to go threw. See a few months after he had the headset it stopped working. We tried to follow the claim process on line after sitting our receipt and all the other information they ask for. Only to be stonewalled with no response.
Just a screen that says your product is covered by another company and which I proceed to fill out all their information the same by the way and at the end of that process same result no claim entered at all will not even allow us to make a claim. They are frauds.
Stealing money and not providing a service. I guess it's time to call a lawyer.
