well it was thanksgiving eve and the big sale started at 6 pm I needed some personal items and cat food not any of the sale items. I needed groceries I couldn't even get to them then a rude asst manager told me I couldn't stand on the white part of the floor im handicapped and I have difficulty walking .

then I went to ring myself out at self ringing and the person said I need to ring you out I said I want to ring myself out he said ok then the csm started yelling at him in front of me and he told her she wanted to ring herself out . this is my local Walmart that I shop at all the time I have a credit card and spend a lot of money the asst manager and csms wher very rude .

Sounds like you experienced typical Walmart customer service for "the best and the brightest."


You shouldn't have been shopping during the early Black Friday sale. They had cashiers at the self service register to speed the process and keep the wait in line as short as possible. Their cashiers could ring your order faster than you could which is why they didn't want people ringing their own items during this busy time.


then they shouldn't of had self ring open and a sign would of been helpful stating that self ring wasn't open and I needed groceries so I was not suppose to have food because it was a black Friday sale and that doesn't excuse rudness from csm or management

If you didn't want to follow the policies they had in effect for the sale you shouldn't have been there slowing down the lines for the crowds of people there for the bargains. You should have planned ahead and bought your items and cat food on Wednesday or gone to the local convenience store. Management would have even been involved if you hadn't have been a problem customer.


i wasn't a problem customer I was the only one in line I got there early enough not to interfer with the customers at the sale I hurried before the sale started to get in and out all


and by the way anonymous you sound like a wal mart employee


also you keep making excuses for bad service it doesn't matter if it is one customer or five hundred management should always be polite and courteous. and I wasn't a problem customer I worked at wal mart for many years before I became disable and I gave 100 percent customer service and if you work for wal mart with you attitude you should be fired
