i find a huge problem with customer service asociates ignoring requests from consumers just to talk amongst themselves about thier personal dramas and the whole copyright return laws regarding defective products walmart has an abundance of. over the past little while i have returned a number of defective products to walmart and the service has steadily been getting worse and worse.
i understand there are individuals that want to return stolen things for money and thats to protect the company...but what about someone who has afforded a small amount to a dvd and cant go get it somewhere else if its defective and wants to return it. the quality of walmart merchandise has been declining and the intelligence of its people have also been declining.
i ask one question how the *** does someone copy a disk thats so badly corrupted you cant see or hear the movie. i would like someone to review their policy on dvd returns to maybe include a test of said product ...it doesnt take long pop it into a dvd player and see if it works.....then maybe i can go get it somewhere other than at a place that doesnt give a rats *** about who you are as long as they got your money
