ordered 3 boxes Melitta #6 coffee filters from Walmart, they came from a BIC warehouse order # 4446819 date 5-2-16. short 1 box on 5-9-16.

Called first time said call back in 24 hours, i did and they said call in 48 hrs. uggggg. really. guess what no 800 # that works.

called several more times with no response.Just trying to get what i have already paid for. There phone system sucks really BAD.Last person i spoke with was at walmart on line and they cant do a thing but give me the same # i already have.718-33-1800.this will be the last time i order any thing that does come from BIC warehouse.

This reviewer shared experience about "shortage" and wants this business to have the product delivered as the author lost $5. This person is overall dissatisfied with Walmart. The most disappointing about walmart customer care at Walmart was run around im getting Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
