I bought a lg blu ray player at walmart. The remote did not work right.
I noticed dirt and dings on the remote. I took it back to walmart within half hour. Customer service agreed the remote was not new. I got my money back but there was no more players.
They say it came from lg. So i called lg. They dont get that im upset that someone put that remote in the box and sent it to walmart knowing it was not new. Only a few buttons worked on it.
So im out 27.00 for the taxi cause i use a walker and cant ride a bus or drive.
I cant understand why some one walmart or lg are not upset that some one working for them did that. Isnt it fraud for a company to sell something as new when it is not?
