I always buy my makeup from Walmart and went in today and they installed glass doors with locks on all the makeup. To say the least, I do not want to have to go to find someone to unlock it for me.

I suggest if they are stealing, that you hire someone to watch it and arrest them. I have a hard enough time trying to find someone just to ask where something is much less open the doors.

Another thing is Walmart has cut back on their frozen Marie Callender and Hungry Man Dinner. Use to have a better assortment than they do now.

They aren't going to hire someone to guard the makeup. Locking it up is a solution to still have it available for customers that want to pay for it. Of course they could just discontinue the products that are being stolen but you'd get people complaining about that as well.

You do realize that it costs money to hire someone to watch Walmart's products... correct?

Your suggestion of hiring someone to watch their makeup products is up to their Corporate Headquarters to decide.

It is cheaper to just lock up these products compared to hiring someone to stand there and watch their products. Plus Walmart has to find people who want to do that, and there is No guarantee that Anyone would want that job.
