I purchased a straight talk phone and it started acting crazy so I was told to send the phone and the charger back and I would receive a replacement phone.
That was three weeks ago and I still can't get a tracking number from the corporate office of straight talk because they claim the warehouse didn't give a tracking number.
I told them I could receive a phone quicker if I went out and bought another one and I was told to send in the receipt and my money would be refunded. What a joke.
Dont' use Straighttalk
