On July 7, 2019 we went and got a new set of rings. First no one knew what to do about sending the ring to be sized at all.

Even the manager that was finally called to the jewelery department. Finally someone figured it out and he filled the paperwork out and we sent it to be sized. We asked how long they said 14 days. The following day to make sure everything was ok we called back to Walmart asking the person that works during the week if everything was right that we did the day before and it was.

Thank God. She then tells us 10 business days which is the same as 14 days if you add it up. Then today finally cause we needed it by tomorrow it came in... All excited we went to get it and the lady hands it over and he inspects it and one of the diamonds are missing out of it.

So now we have no ring. Thanks.

What great products. Waited this long for it and don't even got it.

That's why you go to a real jewelry store that has on-site jewelers rather than buying jewelry is a big box discount store.
