The checkout lady offered to renew my existing Walmart credit card as there was a new card being offered with some benefits. I agreed since my card was expiring in a few months time.
Received my new card, then followed by a letter declaring that since I have a duplicate card the new card is cancelled!!! Apparently, Walmart is pushing their salespeople so much that the transaction should never have happened!! But this is a result of their unprofessional management of staff. Customers should not be taken for a ride and be inconvenienced simply because of their incompetencies!
What if the new card was lost on its way.
Will the company be responsible for any loss as a result? This company is so unprofessional to say the least!
