I ordered what they advertised as a "Mother's Day" special. It was a maternity support belt.

After one week of no tracking progress, I tried contacting them, but they didn't have any obvious contact info posted online. I had to read through consumer forums to find a phone number. They had me leave a voice message bc they couldn't come to the phone. Then 3 days later I received a text message from them saying my order had shipped.

Three weeks later, it was still apparently en route from the shipping city in Kentucky. I'm in Florida. The package finally arrived after nearly one month.

Unless it came via pigeon, I'm not sure why it would've taken one month. They refused to respond to my text messages after that.
