I ordered something on on 11/26/17. When I ordered it, I got an email stating it would arrive on 11/7/17.

When that date came and went, with no product, I tried my tracking number (which didn't have any info and could not trace the box) and I called Walmart. They said that the product was sold and shipped from a third party called Tasharina Corp. They directed me to how to contact them. I called Tasharina and left a message and sent an email.

They returned the email same day and stated that because I didn't pay for shipping, they said "we did", therefore I don't have a tracking number. They also stated I needed to wait 7-10 business days for my product. I replied that 10 business days was yesterday and never heard back.

BEWARE folks...I am reporting this to my Credit Card company as fraud. And will never order from again!

Product or Service Mentioned: Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
