I bought a speaker system plan, I called them several times and was told I was covered and they would send me a label to get the system fixed, I have heard the same story each time I call and still no label. I have been without speakers for almost a week and now they want me to wait who knows how long for a label and repairs, this plan is not worth the aggravation, no label and do not know how long it will take if they ever send one.
This was a $299 system that I happen to use everyday, I don't know whether they are waiting for me to give up and just go buy another system, either way whats the sense of a plan you can not use. Shame
