Woodlands Tx store 03213 manager David Smith lets employees bump and slam product on customer hand at shelf. Also bad product on shleves near expiration date and lots broken organic eggs. Very bad Walmart. Shame on ne for shopping there and thinking they care.

funny how a woman can walk in Walmart with half a shirt on or a child could be shirtless *** I even seen a long haired dude with tattooes come in without a shirt and door greeter just say welcome to Walmart instead of sir u need to have a shirt on in store. funny how its ok for some people but not for others

At the Walmart I shop at the ask for your receipt if you have any items that aren't bagged. It doesn't make any difference if you went through a cashier or a self check out.

Only takes a second for them to scan the receipt and then the items that aren't bagged to confirm they were paid for.

Not a big deal. If you don't like it, shop somewhere else.

On 06/25/2019 I Herbert k Jackson reported to my Walmart home store #3406 @ 12:00 p.m I couldn't get to any of our Walmart carts Knowing that myself and Advantage ES employee have had to wait up to 30 minutes for managers to have their employee's move skids with forklift out of our way to get to demo carts. Walmart head Manager Jeff was off.

Most time I report any problem to him and he has his managers of that department response and fixes whatever issue we have. However; today he was not in the store I went to his office to speak with him but was confronted instead by the associated Manager Kim and I asked her why the signs were removed that our former DM had posted stating to keep the area clean and asking about not blocking ES Demo carts in. The manager responded that herself in Brook Bradly removed those sign and no longer wanted any sign in the demo area. I asked her for her name to give to My Advantage Solution Manager Robert Mossadeghi.

She became angry and said, Kim and that I should get out of her face I said "I will and I'll let my manager know about what was going on" she stated you know what I probably want to get out her *** store" I replied I will and that she treats employees and vender bad calling us Dr.pepper guy or for me Demo guy..She said she didn't care to hear that crap and called on her radio someone to get back their right now to put me out.I said there is no need to have someone put their hands on me I am leaving her damm store...As I am quickly moving to exit her store she shouting get out get the *** out.I stated I was leaving as I walked faster because now she has to male employee's perhaps security. she shouting in front of store customer. One of her female employees said Kim Kim He's leaving holding her back. She pushed away from that employee and continue her shouting at me even while I was 30 or 40 feet ahead of her.

Yes, I replied back at her calling her an offensive name as I went out of the store while she and her two employees stood out the door watching me exit the parking lot in my car. I know its possible I will no longer be employed with Advantage Solution. I had called My DM before I even left my house To speak with him about the issues I was having with that manager at my home store #3406 but I didn't get you it went to voice mail I had not been at that store since the other lady manage Brook Bradly spoke about not leaving signs on the 22nd of this month and should tell my DM if I didn't like it but it had passed my mine over the weekend..until I look at my Jet and saw I was headed back to store #3406.

I know what happened wasn't professional on my part as an Advantage employee and will accept the outcome I always try to be professional at all time I have a small catering business and I understand how to always put consumers first but in this situation instead of keeping our issue in that manager office the manager became unprofessional to the point one of her hourly female employees had to hold her back and pleading with her to back off he's leaving the store but she insisted following behind me less than 30 ft shouting get out get the *** out . But I will do everything in my power to let Walmart Management know of this behavior manager and unprofessional behavior in front of store customer and use of cussing at me and her history of treating all vender badly some have said don't worry managers like her don't last long that they have seemed her kind come and go in their time servicing that Walmart Store #3406.

Keep in mind that one of the reasons you shop at Walmart is their low prices. The largest controllable expense that and retail store has is payroll.

Greeters are a part of that payroll expense and a company has to look at whether or not a position adds to its sales.

Greeters have served a dual purpose, as a greeter and a security function. If Walmart has determined that they do not add to sales nor prevent enough shoplifting to make the position worthwhile it makes sense to eliminate the position to keep prices low.

It has been 6 months and Walmart has not contacted me . I really believe one of the post IS Walmart.

And Walmart is using insults and attempted shaming as a way to deal with complaint here at this Walmart. Merely because Walmart has not contacted me.And Walmart usually is prompt to address complaints. So this Walmart Complaint employee thinks this is a way to deal with the complainants. Say they are crazy and insult them and any body reading with agree with Walmart's fake user.

This is a Horrible Walmart at Coit Road in Plano at Spring Creek Parkway. and so are their complaint department.

I travel to Park road or 121 Walmart instead. and I will update this complaint every six months on Walmart's Nasty trickery at this Walmart.

Walmart in Laredo South-El Cenizo, Texas - Not quite what I expect

How true is it that they put a "seal" on the rims and find out if the tire was removed. I had 2 tires bubbled on the side walls with only 2500 miles on the tires. Tires blew out at 3am in the middle of now where and had to call for road service. Now they dont want to cover my road hazard warranty.
