i ordered ping-pong tables and Walmart cancelled them. every item i ordered, Walmart keeps canceling it, i have no idea why. i have more than enough funds. its really annoying to me why a customer would order an item and a company would cancel it without nay notification. i was "suppose" to go pick up my item today tomorrow but unfortunately when i checked and looked, i found out that the item i ordered was cancelled. i am very displeased with Walmart and the way they deal with online ordered items. its such a shame. there was absolutely no reason for them to cancel my order, and no notification was made to me to cancel it, if i knew i would've ordered from another store.

I placed an order online on Black Friday and the online system showed the item in-stock and available also at all my local stores. Instead of having it shipped, I went ahead and chose my local store on Ben White Blvd in Austin, TX to pick up. I had received a notification via email that the item is in-store as I had setup in-store notifications prior to this purchase. However, almost 24 hours after placing my order, the order was cancelled. Now I cannot get the same item for the same price. When I called customer support, everyone was EXTREMELY unhelpful. Why would the online store allow purchases of items if the availability changes after the order and the order cancels? At this pace and with these problems, the walmart online experience will NEVER catch up to Amazon's. Both the in-store inventory system and the online availability system needs major revamping if walmart plans on ever gaining the customers that Amazon is driving away from their stores. Something like this is completely unacceptable with all other online retailers I have used.

I was at the optical shop. There were only 2 Walmart employees helping only one same person. I commented (Iwas talking only to my daughter) that there 2 walmart people helping only one person. Diane (who works there) began scolding me that it was my fault and I had to wait. She also told me to wait there in the store, one to two hours, for Armando when I could make a complant. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Clearly she needs remedial customer service I hope was not race related. There was a Winston Tires commercial in Los Angeles when Sam Winston commented about a guy showing a bad attitude said "If that was working for me, he would not be working for me."

I ordered Duke's Nut Cracker thru Walmart.com and I returned item when it arrived. The package wasn't opened and sent it back for refusal to accept the item. I waited for 2 weeks and didn't see credit issued on my paypal.com account so I sent them two emails, 12/31 & amp; 1/7 but still havn't heard from them. This is a worst business I ever dealt with thru Walmart.com. I have sent an email to Walmart to see when they will issue the credit to my account since I'm not getting response from their vendor, Bic Warehouse.com,

Purchased 171.00 grill she got it home and it had dents and missing hardware and no instruction manual, called manager and he told me to call 800walmart and hung up the phone. If you are a senior citizen and a female do not go to this location, the manager does not like older people and most of the employees are rude to seniors, my friend and there family no longer goes to walmart, they now shop at super one and I will do the same and make sure you tell every senior citizen. Please tell the manager to find another job, we like walmart!

This comment is for "Irish" the highly educated person. For someone who is supposed educated you told firstborntriplet to leave the United States.

His location says Toronto, Ontario which is in Canada. You are not as educated as you think you are if you think Ontario is one of our states. Second this is private property, they can ask you to leave if you are making a scene and harassing their employees, and since at that point you are trespassing you can be charged, and no matter how much money you make that cannot save you from having a criminal record.

So get off your high horse and learn you are not better than anyone else you pied ninny. Just because you are rich does not mean you can sue us "poor" people for comments so you *** try to sue me for this comment.

All this person said was that this review loses creditability because they played the age card and I agree with them. Disagreeing with someone does not make them a bully.

But if you really think you are being bullied call the police, they will laugh at you, well they won't take you seriously, they did not when that lady who complained to Costco reported someone cyber bullying her.

She later made a complaint about how they said it was not bullying since she said rude things as well, and they were just arguing back and forth. But the police won't condsidering disagreeing with you bullying, just like they did not take that other nutter seriously.

Yeah I know but I make more money than those that work in retail. I am better educated than them so I earned my right to be rude and if they tell me to leave the store I will not leave the store until I get my way.

Most people who work in retail and fast food are uneducated(which is why most of them are black, Indian and Hispanic.)First of all you ninny, they came from other countries. They come to our country expecting to be treated like kings and queens. They chose to work in retail and I will tell them off if I want. "leadership through service".......this is a line from your website story. Walmart has no idea what "service" is in my store or several others in my area. Your staff is pleasant and helpful when you can find someone to help you. I have stood waiting many times for assistance in a department that is not staffed and help has been paged. I have hollered into your back warehouse area for help and the paging continues without anyone coming to my aid. I had someone right in front of me I asked for assistance and he said he would page someone for me. THIS IS NOT SERVICE. Walmart leaves departments unstaffed and assigns employees to cover these areas along with their other assignments. Their hands are tied. The customer suffers and the staff are thrown into a situation they have no control over. Walmart could have hired an extra person in many cases for what I should charge for my wasted time in your stores. Please do not talk about SERVICE with regard to your stores. Staffing your stores adequately or hiring responsible managers is desperately needed. In talking to my family, it seems that their experiences are similar at other Walmarts in our area. Walmart would do well to look up the meaning of customer service. Please note that MY store is not the only store with this problem. I blame management or lack there of. The value of my loss is invaluable. You abused my time.

For heaven's sake grow up! If you used a little exercise and roamed around a little bit looking for an employee, you might get the help that you thought you needed.

If you are in the right department and can't find an item, obviously they don't have it. I don't know anybody that has the problems you have complained about at any WalMart, and I know some pretty nit-picky people. Furthermore, you had absolutely no business going near the stock area and yelling into it for help.

Apparently you aren't aware that the employees in the back warehouse area, would be far enough back, that they wouldn't hear you. If you want the kind of service that it sounds like you think you deserve, maybe you should try shopping at higher priced stores that would be considered full service.
