On 06/25/2019 I Herbert k Jackson reported to my Walmart home store #3406 @ 12:00 p.m I couldn't get to any of our Walmart carts Knowing that myself and Advantage ES employee have had to wait up to 30 minutes for managers to have their employee's move skids with forklift out of our way to get to demo carts. Walmart head Manager Jeff was off.

Most time I report any problem to him and he has his managers of that department response and fixes whatever issue we have. However; today he was not in the store I went to his office to speak with him but was confronted instead by the associated Manager Kim and I asked her why the signs were removed that our former DM had posted stating to keep the area clean and asking about not blocking ES Demo carts in. The manager responded that herself in Brook Bradly removed those sign and no longer wanted any sign in the demo area. I asked her for her name to give to My Advantage Solution Manager Robert Mossadeghi.

She became angry and said, Kim and that I should get out of her face I said "I will and I'll let my manager know about what was going on" she stated you know what I probably want to get out her *** store" I replied I will and that she treats employees and vender bad calling us Dr.pepper guy or for me Demo guy..She said she didn't care to hear that crap and called on her radio someone to get back their right now to put me out.I said there is no need to have someone put their hands on me I am leaving her damm store...As I am quickly moving to exit her store she shouting get out get the *** out.I stated I was leaving as I walked faster because now she has to male employee's perhaps security. she shouting in front of store customer. One of her female employees said Kim Kim He's leaving holding her back. She pushed away from that employee and continue her shouting at me even while I was 30 or 40 feet ahead of her.

Yes, I replied back at her calling her an offensive name as I went out of the store while she and her two employees stood out the door watching me exit the parking lot in my car. I know its possible I will no longer be employed with Advantage Solution. I had called My DM before I even left my house To speak with him about the issues I was having with that manager at my home store #3406 but I didn't get you it went to voice mail I had not been at that store since the other lady manage Brook Bradly spoke about not leaving signs on the 22nd of this month and should tell my DM if I didn't like it but it had passed my mine over the weekend..until I look at my Jet and saw I was headed back to store #3406.

I know what happened wasn't professional on my part as an Advantage employee and will accept the outcome I always try to be professional at all time I have a small catering business and I understand how to always put consumers first but in this situation instead of keeping our issue in that manager office the manager became unprofessional to the point one of her hourly female employees had to hold her back and pleading with her to back off he's leaving the store but she insisted following behind me less than 30 ft shouting get out get the *** out . But I will do everything in my power to let Walmart Management know of this behavior manager and unprofessional behavior in front of store customer and use of cussing at me and her history of treating all vender badly some have said don't worry managers like her don't last long that they have seemed her kind come and go in their time servicing that Walmart Store #3406.

Walmart - Bissell Upright Vacuum Cleaner Review from Fort Worth, Texas

I recently lost a newly purchased vacuum out of my cart at the Wal Mart in Highland Village. It fell out of the bottom and was snatched up seconds later by another customer in the parking lot. I know this because they watched the video from that day and saw the whole thing. Called to tell me that they saw it happen, but that Wal Mart isnt liable in any way. I believe it fell out because of a very rough stone entrance that always shakes up everything in your cart. I am poor. And, now I still don't own a vacuum, and have no idea when i will be able to buy one again. Ive decided to stop shopping at Wal Mart forever. The thousands I would have spent there over the future years are better spent elsewhere. I understand it isnt Wal Marts responsibility, but I still come away with a bad feeling.-Courtenay Tosti

Store # 1803 Horrible customer service waited almost an hour to get someone to Open the perfume section. Keeped waiting and no one showed up. Again went and ask for help and again to one showed up... Finally member of management showed up and had the wrong key, so I was told to wait and he'll send someone else, so guess!! No one showed up!! This company is just horrible!!

Customer service is horrible! Went in to purchase a cologne went to 1 cashiers to get someone to open the cologne section waited 15 min. No one showed up. Again went to another cashier and I was ignored. Finally a member of management showed up and didn't have the right key, so he said to wait that he was going to get someone else and did not showed up.. I don't understand why these stores are still in business.

People will always keep going to Walmart because of it's prices... I do wish Walmart would raise their staff wages so they could attract a better caliber of employees. As wealthy as Walmart is, higher pay for better employees should not equal higher prices.

I understand your frustration, that's why I refuse to shop at Walmart anymore, I would rather pay more somewhere else, if that's the case. You say you don't understand why these stores are still in business.....well, as long as you and others continue to shop there they will remain open and keep giving the same bad service as they do today.

It's a horrible place for shoppers and employees. Don't support Walmart!!

i recently started a new job down the street from walmart which is in haslet, texas and although their store is clean and fresh. i met my bf at that location which is where he actually works at. the management at this location is very rude and disrespectful.....when i come in to the store depending where my bf was at i would go find him and so walking through the store i was getting watched like i was a theif even though they knew where i was goin, and i would get funny faces from them if i happen to glance their way or my short conversations with my bf get listened in to. i have noticed two of the managers are very rude to me and said that i pretty much wasnt allowed to speak to him and said i would either have to leave or wait at the bench by the front doors...........now last time i checked its ok to talk to people you know working any where as long as you are not talking to them for a long time. they made it seem like i was only coming in to talk to him and not purchasing anything even though i was spending $5 a day after work. one night after speaking to my bf i had to fix my boots so then i heard one of the managers say in a very rude way " ugh what are you doing??" .....i replied " oh im fixing my boots." after that i had not gotten a response saying oh ok or oh im srry. i beilve this location needs atleast one new manager cuz after being treated poorly as a customer and gf of a walmart employee i feel like i would rather starve till i get home then to spend any more money at this walmart.
