Walmart - Manager Review from Katy, Texas

Walmart 3296 still has a awful Store Manager, just recently a Co Manager was demoted for something petty and untrue a conspiracy that the Store Manager and White Co Manager planned. This market is ran by wolves in sheep clothing that are not for what's right. Recently a hourly manager (Black) was coached for something the (white) Co manager approved both hourly managers got approval instead it's brushed under the rug as everything else. This store Manager is not approachable and treat his associates badly even have tantrums when he's asked a question not a people person unless there's a visit then he's your best friend company invested in relocating him so now they want even listen to complaints come across as racist everyone feel this way especially African American. Then his best friend is the Market (developmental) Manager that abuses the title he need to develop first.

Walmart in Katy, Texas - This company is the worst

I ordered a child's swing set online on the 11th December and was assured it would be available for pickup on December 22nd. I am now being informed it will not be available until a few days after Christmas. If I had known I would have gone elsewhere. This is a Christmas gift for a child. This company does not give a *** about service even calling them is an ordeal. They need to take a page out of Amazons book. I for one will never order or set foot in one of their stores again. It will only be a matter of time before people put the hurt on this *** company

Walmart in Katy, Texas - Deceptive slaes representatives

I bought a NUVI gps at Walmart for $119 in February 2012 and also purchased a 1-yr product replacement plan ($12) from the Walmart clerk (David Roche). The clerk clearly told me: "everything is covered, no questions asked" which I believed until I tried to use their "coverage." After only 3 months I went to Walmart to return the product, which was defective, and they told me that since their 30 days store warranty expired I should contact the extended warranty I have purchased. I then called Walmart Product Replacement Plan. THe representative said that there was NOTHING they could do because my coverage ONLY would START after the manufacturers warranty expires. I called the manufactures and followed the instructions to update maps. The Gps worked better after that. Since I lived in New Jersey I was told that the signal was not as good because of the amount of trees, etc. Last December I moved to Texas and here my GPS is presenting the same problems. I called the extended warranty I purchased believing on what the clerk who sold me the plan told me (everything is covered no questions asked) and now they told me that my 1 year plan started on the day I purchased the product and they have no responsibility in replacing the product. I am so mad with these people. If that were the case, I would not have purchased the warranty at all. At a minimum this seems to be HIGHLY deceptive sales practices. The sales clark was deceptive AND the first representative who answered my phone call was also deceptive, since he stated that my plan would start only after the first year. The plan I purchased was TOTALLY worthless and the sales representative was a lier. I will never shop at Walmart for electronics again and will tell everyone I know about their horrible warranty plan. They are all liars and unethical.

Every time the Walmart manager in Centereach, New York, puts his paw out for his paycheck, it should be considered stealing from the company. That store is the biggest sh**hole imagineable.

It's a wall-to-wall disgrace, like a bomb went off in every department.

Every department manager should be fired. I've been a regular Target customer now for over a year, and while Target is far from perfect, there is nothing that sucks like Walmart..well, maybe your local landfill.

A valid observation by an observant (former)customer of WalMart. I rarely shop at WalMart because it now lacks any customer service and it is really hard to try and talk to the many throwbacks whom they seem to hire.

Target is much better, but Meijer stores if you have them in your area are a whole lot better than Target. At least in Meijer they can speak English and are more intelligent than a box of rocks.
