I was there three hrs. At Walmart just for a oil change, then they lost my keys, then they had oil from there feet and hands all over the truck and under the hood, and they couldn’t put coolant in my truck even when I bought it. I had three store managers helping me but this all took three hrs. Ridiculously!!! I’ll never go back!!!

I'm going to guess that there is more to this story than you are telling. What time did the service department open?

Was it 7:30 and you were there early? What was your attitude when you went in? Was it friendly or were you complaining because no one came out to your car? It sounds like the shop hadn't been cleaned the night before and the morning crewcut stuck getting it ready before bringing cars in.

Did Benjamin assume Gayle was helping you?

I'll bet the manner you used to inform him that you had been waiting was not made in the friendliest manner. If they were as rude as you claim they were why didn't you leave and have your oil changed elsewhere?

Walmart in San Marcos, Texas - Irrate Tire and Lube Service Manager Store #0541

I recently tried to have my tires rotated at Walmart and was told that they would not honor the lifetime spin balance which was purchased on a set of tires that had earlier separated and were replaced. The tire and service manager became irate, loud and verbally assaulting to me as he "explained" the Walmart policies. Also, I did receive an oil change which cost me $61.73 (for an oil change?), because the technician upgraded the oil filter. Further more, the battery was taken out and the battery technician told me the battery was of the wrong size. Hey, I'm here for an oil change and lube, not a battery. In my opinion, I don't think Walmart should have such employees as this gives the store a bad name as well as the Walmart Corporation itself.

I TOOK MY 2012 FORD EXPLORER FOR A $60 OIL CHANGE AND NOW HAVE OVER $2000 OF REPAIRS DUE TO A CONTAMINATED OIL FILTER INSTALLED BY WAL-MART. THEY ARE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY AS "I CAN'T PROVE THE CONTAMINATION WAS THEIR FAULT". I DID'T INSTALL THE FILTER!

I took my 2000 dodge dakota to have the oil changed. It has under 200,000 miles.

Checked oil by rag swipe of dip stick and inspection of oil fluid cap. Both showed black/brown oil normal before change. Was phone called to return to desk. Staff stated water was in oil and change was not possible.

The oil would be a creamy brown if oil had been contaminated by anti-freeze.

It was white he had pored water in my motor. Boycott walmart always.

Walmart in Houston, Texas - Oil change and battery replacement caused a broken window!

We took our car in to get an oil change and a replacement battery. When we went in, the window was rolled up. When we left, it was rolled down. As we tried to roll it back up, it wouldn't go, and you couldn't see any of the window in the crack. We wound up having to take it to a different shop to try to get the window up, and found out that it was shattered! Now, we are going to have to pay even more out of pocket to get the window replaced, since they aren't taking responsibility for breaking it!

I dont see how they could have shattered your window while doing an oil change or replacing a battery. Seems like there is more to this story than what you are saying. They can pull the tape and see exactly what happened to your window.

Walmart in Plano, Texas - Rude, unprofessional employee

I was in Walmart, Port Arthur, Texas (Memorial dr.) Went to get an oil change. The employee (Darius) was so rude and unprofessional it was unbelievable and unacceptable. As I sat in my car waiting for them to open, he asked me did I need an oil change. When I said yes he told me to go inside they'll write you up. very hateful sounding. When i realized he was not going to open the door of the automotive dept. I started to walk around to the front door and the employee screamed at me "Come here". Very Loud. I will complain every day until something is done about this poor excuse for an employee. He may scream at some women, but not this one.

its walmart they make a person very stressful! trust me!

But *** i put up with more *** then just him saying hey come here lol! we dont get paid enough and we sure as *** hate or jobs,But I respect customers untill they disrespect me but I was raised to respect people. maybe he was having a bad day u never know. Some people dont know how to deal with things.

Maybe someone he loved passed or he got dumped..you cant miss any days at wal mart if u want some sorce of income. But just remember that...theres things people deal with and you may not know what it is..just brush it off life is more important then that...and you trying to make him lose his job and not have any income in this enocomy is not a smart move.

You know u have ur days too when things dont go right..does anyone try to make u get fired? Worry about the important things in life like yourself...it will get u further.
