Ive been trying to pick up prescriptions for my sister for 5 days when she was released the doctor and the hospital advised us that all meds were called in early that morning and i sit waiting on the sixth day without the meds this is not acceptable business someone could die these so called flunkies you have working here should not even be suited for shoveling *** cus they wouldnt know which end was the handle

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Get rid of staff, ridiculous.

You fail to say what type of medication you are talking about. You don't say what the problem is.

Is the insurance company not wanting to pay?

Are a large amount of opioids involved? There may be valid reasons for your problem that you aren't including in your complaint.
