My wife and our three children were just doing our WEEKLY shopping at the Ambassador Caffery Walmart in Lafayette. She was having a hard time getting the new credit card scanner to work in the self check out lane while trying to keep our 1 1/2 yr old son from running off, which is a juggling act in itself, and wasn't able to get any actual assistance from the person at the checkout station, just blank stares and replies like "you just stick it in the thing ma'am".
It wasn't until she said can you literally walk over here and help me. Needless to say my wife came home seriously stressed out and enraged on Mother's Day. We spend at least $200 weekly at this store and get nothing but half eyelid stares and looks that say "we don't want you here".
The point where piece of mind out way the savings is creeping up quickly.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of walmart credit card and associated monetary loss in the amount of $200. Walmart needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
