Walmart - They refused to cash my payroll check after cashing others
(Summation) They refused to cash my payroll check because I had an Interim DL with my expired photo ID even though they did it before. I was told by a Wal-Mart supervisor to bring in these specific documents in order to complete the payroll check cashing procedure and after several weeks of completing this process, this was the first time I was refused the service.
Bonnie, the supervisor I spoke to said I never cashed my payroll check there (even though she went to check security footage to confirm I did in fact cash payroll checks the weeks prior) and the Jimmy the store manager said itโs not their policy, so I asked for a copy of their check cashing policy and he said he didnโt have to give me a copy, I can contact corporate for one, and when I asked Jimmy what the policy for payroll check cashing was, he said its whatever he says it is. This was the Walmart located at 5601 Ramon Road, Palm Springs, CA 92264.
Reason of review: Mistreatment of Senior Citizen.

Why don't you do what most people do and get a bank account? Banks are in the business of accepting deposits and cashing checks for their customers.
Iโm a senior citizen re entering the workforce some changes are still a process which I am doing Bank account or not this is not the way to treat a customer
