Walmart - They said my egift card was already used so there was no money but I didnt find that out until I went to use it at the store.
I had acummilated $14.00 and some odd cents. I had it put on a e gift card, got an email and went to use it at the store.
They said it had already been used. Really, how could that be when I hadnt!!!!!! ... Called there customer service probably 3 times and got no where...
Then finally they wanted me to find my receipts which should of been on my dashboard and they were able to access that. I am so frustrated and angry ....Im a good customer and spend large amounts at Walmart , and feel I got used just in order to get the measly amount of money back for price differences...Something is very wrong here!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $14.
Preferred solution: send me another egift card email with the money I earned on it that obviously someone stole.
