I ordered a child's swing set online on the 11th December and was assured it would be available for pickup on December 22nd. I am now being informed it will not be available until a few days after Christmas.

If I had known I would have gone elsewhere. This is a Christmas gift for a child. This company does not give a *** about service even calling them is an ordeal. They need to take a page out of Amazons book.

I for one will never order or set foot in one of their stores again. It will only be a matter of time before people put the hurt on this *** company

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $450.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
