I live in Seguin TX but sometimes if I have business in new braunfels tx I shop at your store there -as an invalid I usually have to wait for a invalid cart but march 3rd I had to wait more than 50 minutes before I was able to secure one - no one was available to check the parking lot to see if a previous customer had left one there 2 carts were broken - its a real disgrace having to waste my time waiting for a cart im almost 80 years old and its tiring in my condition -when I did finally get to shop the associates in all departments were so very helpful its a pity that the manager cant be bothered to get more carts and to get the broken ones fixed asap

Each store is allotted a certain number of carts based on their sales class. If the other invalids got there before you, you really can't blame the store.

The carts are provided as a courtesy anyway and the stores are not required to provide them. If you need one each time you go to the store maybe you should invest in your own.

Check with your insurance company. A lot of them will help cover the costs.
