I PURCHASED TOYS FOR CHRISTMAS THROUGH WALMART AND I WENT TO EXCHANGE ONE THAT WAS STILL IN THE BOX THAT WAS SHIPPED TO ME AND NEVER OPENED. THE LOCAL WALMART WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK OR EXCHANGE.

I AM LETTING YOU KNOW THAT I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANY PRODUCTS OR TOYS FROM WALMART FOR CHRISTMAS 2016 OR EVER. THIS WAS MY SHOP TILL I DROP AND IT IS YOUR LOSS NOT MINE. MORE ONLINE SHOP'S TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE. YOUR COMPANY WENT FROM GOOD SERVICE TO BAD SERVICE.

NO HELP AT RETURNS & LAYAWAYS. YOU CAN'S BEAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Christmas was 6 months ago! Walmart gives you a generous 90 days to do a return or exchange.

If you can't find time in 3 months to do a return or exchange tough, suck it up.

No retail store has a 6 month return or exchange policy nor should they, that is ridiculous. Good luck shopping elsewhere because Toys R Us, Target, and any other place that sells toys will tell you after 6 months you are out of luck.
