Went to pay out my layaway, take my things home , they wanted payment first , ok ,I gave her 110.00 she pushing buttons , a little ticket came out and said , cannot sell this item , it was on recall , could not do the transaction , called two different people to see what was going on .recall , not on recall ,recall , not , i said let me go get something else , by that time there was a lot of people standing around that were going to get my layaway , i went to get two more tablets , before i got them i thought she has my money , i went back to see a guy looking all around the register , than a girl came up and i said to he i want my money back ,she found it right away , on top of the register under the wood , took 2 hours to go look out in the containers ,took 20 minuets for them to get their , the side door was locked , well they could not find anything , went to the shelves to get my things , they didn't even have what i wanted on the shelves , so i had to get some money back , when the little ticket came out i got a receipt , 0 balance ,saying i paid ,if i wasn't honest i could of left , i payed what i owed ,

Reason of review: Layaway .

Preferred solution: TEACH THESE PEOPLE HOW TO ORGANIZE !TEST THEM ON IT ! CANT GET IT ,THEY DONT NEED THE JOB !!!! PEOPLE SHOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT 2HOURS FOR LAYAWAY !!!!!!!!!!.

I liked: Most employees, In-store service is great they really try.

I didn't like: Attitude from some, Managment doesnt follow up.
