I sent a TV in for repair, it would not turn on. I got a phone call from them stating that the screen was broken.

I told them that the TV screen was not broken when it was packed in their container. They still refused to fix it or file a damaged in shipment with ups. I will never shop with them again. I have been warned may times about Walmart but never listened.

MY BAD.

never again. And I have spent a *** load of money at Walmart I just hope nothing else breaks, or I am really going to be up a creek with no help.

Monetary Loss: $200.

I don't know how it works where you live, but where I live, Walmart doesn't handle the repairs. All we offer is a service plan through an insurance company and.

That's it. Once the items have been paid for, it's no longer our responsibility.

We only handle returns and exchanges after that. So they promblem is the manufactor, not Walmart.
