On the back page of Wal-Mart's Black Friday flyer were some Saturday-only deals including a 37" Vizio LCD TV for $378 plus a $40 dollar gift card. The television was available online and in-stores starting at 6am today.

I woke up at 5:45, pulled up the webpage and auto-refreshed every thirty seconds for seven hours and the item has been out of stock.

I called customer service to ask when the sale began online and the woman I spoke with said "No one knows.

They start when they start". Big help that was.

Funny thing is, the same TV advertised to be both in-store and online is "out of stock" online and "not available in stores" according to the website.

I saw the same TV in the store and on the website at $459 days before the sale. Then, this morning at the sale time, the TV was out of stock on the website and "not sold in stores".

When a deal seems to good to be true, it usually is.

It didn't help to go to your local Wal-mart either they had only 100 units and began selling them prior to Saturday's BIG SALE. We went and stood in line and found out that they only had 18 left and they sold in minutes.
