Wow they seriously couldn't be more unhelpful! I don't even know where to begin on the ways in which wal-mart won't help.
I want to start a boycott of this awful corporation- I wish it was just the company itself but the employees are almost worse. Its like they have been trained to be the most unhelpful *** and then they stick with it. HARD! They have been holding a pending charge for a order that never even went through and although they admit its "unfortunate" (they like that word A LOT) and they are sorry they won't even email or fax my bank saying they okay the release of the funds even though thats what my bank is asking for...instead they want me and my bank to conference call wal-mart.com and give awl-mart the code that they originally gave me to give to my bank?!?
what? How will that help?
Last time i was in the store i couldn't get anyone for 45 minutes to open the locked spray paint even though they had paged someone 3 times (they obviously weren't coming) and i was told it wasn't the job of the "department manager" because her department wasn't paint. She also started she didn't want to help because she managed groceries not people?
Come again? I had to walk around the front of the store waving my arms asking if anyone would help me who worked at was-mart.
After a few employees just passed by with a dirty look haha one shining star actually could tell that i was at my wits end and she within 2 minutes got the keys and helped me! Why must you push me wal-mart?!?!
