My daughter went in to purchase baby food and some personal items. She told the checker the baby food would go toward her WIC card and the rest would go on her bank card.
She rang up all together and then said she would have to redo it all. She called over a supervisor to help her out. The supervisor had an attitude and made comment like ... Oh she cant even afford food for her kids ...
and made a big production in front of all the other customers. My daughter was so embarrace by her comments knowing everybody heard them . I guess it was because she is a single parent and used a WIC card to purchase baby food. She paid for it all on her card and left the store in tears fealing embarraced and humiliated because of this supervisor.
So uncalled for and as of yet no response from corporate or customer service. I hope this never happens to anyone ever again
