Went to Wal-Mart to get an oil changed in my brand new RAV4 - 2010. They did not put the gasket on right so my engine is shot.
Been calling them for the last week. Left messages for District Manager, Store Manager and no one has bothered to call me back. The only good thing out of this is the Claims adjuster who actually understood what I am going through.
Wal-Mart just lost a good customer and with me my family and my friends who will never shop with them ever again. I guess they don't care about Customer Service at all especially on a high ticket that will cost the store now close to $16,000 just to fix the car!!
