This store is the worst Wal-mart of any location I have ever visited, and I have shopped in numerous Wal-mart stores. The employees have universally bad attitudes, lack of professionalism and general incompetence in all areas.

They are miserable in their jobs, and they take it out on the company and the customers every chance they get. The shelves are sloppy and items are often found in inappropriate locations. It is obvious that the employees at this store are uneducated and have no prospects for future employment other than staying in their pathetic jobs. I would feel sorry for them if their incompetence was not so detrimental to the shopping experience at the store.

Simple questions and requests cannot be handled with any skill or logic. The only hope is that the store will close down due to loss of customers.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

First of all, if you are met with a bad attitude "universally", maybe the problem is you. Second, I think maybe you meant items are found in incorrect locations, not inappropriate.

Inappropriate implies the items are on someone's crotch or another "inappropriate" area. Third, if your questions and requests are so simple, why are you, someone who is obviously so much smarter than the working class, having to ask in the first place? It is obvious that you are a self entitled *** of a customer who thinks he's better than everyone else. I would feel sorry for you if you weren't so dang ride.

I travel a lot for my work and have visited many different Walmart locations and have never been met with a bad attitude, but, you get what you give. Try going to the store with a good attitude and treat the associates with respect and see how you are treated in return.

So the *** that you and all the other customers toss around anywhere in the store is the fault of the employees? You don't know any of them to be making judgments about their education or if they are happy with their jobs.

You sound like one of those snobs who think they are better than everyone else and spends their day looking for things to complain about.

Get a life, a hobby or something. Perhaps if your not happy with the way customers trash the store you can volunteer to help clean it up.Try a smile, it works wonders!
