I ORDERED MY KIDS 2 POWER WHEELS HOPING TOL HAVE DEVICES BY CHRISTMAS, IT WAS A 3 WEEK WAIT BEFORE EVEN HEARING BACK VIA EMAIL, THAT THE CANCELLED THE ORDER, MY SON DIDNT GET HIS GIFT, SHATTERED HOPES AND CANT EVEN CONTACT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS HORRIBLE.

TALKED TO THER AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR HOURS IN CIRCLES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A AUTO SYSTEM THAT FAILED AND NEVER HELPED ANY ONE ANY WAY IT SUCKS THAT A BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY IS NOT CARING FOR TGHE CUSTOMER, ENOUGH TO AT LEAST HAVE A CONTACT CENTER SET UP, ITS GARBAGE HOW I FEEL RIGHT NOW

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

oh boo hoo, just tell your son that Santa did not make his Christmas gift because he caught your husband sleeping with Mrs Clause and is angry with him and therefore did not visit your house for Christmas, or better yet tell her that Santa himself was too busy sleeping with you to leave any gifts.

You could have went out at he last minute and bought a gift, if what you are saying is that your kid didn't get a gift because of this.
