I ORDERED MY KIDS 2 POWER WHEELS HOPING TOL HAVE DEVICES BY CHRISTMAS, IT WAS A 3 WEEK WAIT BEFORE EVEN HEARING BACK VIA EMAIL, THAT THE CANCELLED THE ORDER, MY SON DIDNT GET HIS GIFT, SHATTERED HOPES AND CANT EVEN CONTACT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS HORRIBLE.
TALKED TO THER AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR HOURS IN CIRCLES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A AUTO SYSTEM THAT FAILED AND NEVER HELPED ANY ONE ANY WAY IT SUCKS THAT A BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY IS NOT CARING FOR TGHE CUSTOMER, ENOUGH TO AT LEAST HAVE A CONTACT CENTER SET UP, ITS GARBAGE HOW I FEEL RIGHT NOW
